I have to say the speed and effeiciency with which my questions were resolved was like a breath of fresh air.

I havent had that much involvement with web hosting but its always felt from a distance and that I was an outsider simply paying my money for a service.

The dedicated server I've purchased has not only proven it's self on multiple times with it's brilliant response time, but the latency for game, web and other servers/services, has been nothing but a joy!

I highly suggest giving Glovine a try - worst comes to worst and you're not happy with their services, they allow month by month plans for any dedicated server, so you're more than welcome to try for one month. However I promise you all you will not be disappointed!
