  • Payment Methods (If Applicable)

The Collected information is strictly only gathered to benefit the Member, when using GloVine services, and is collected to ensure that the overall operation of GloVine runs according to the Terms and Service Agreement conditions that is agreed upon when signing up with GloVine.

The USE of the information is only used in accordance with the conditions of the agreement Terms and Service, and will not be passed on to any Third Party or outside organisation unless legally obligated by a court of law that has jurisdiction over services provided by GloVine. If information is subpoenaed by a court of law, a legal notification will be dispatched to the Member or Company of which the information relates to. The information obtained may also be used, to contact the Member(s) in relation to any Terms of Service violation or in relation to any Billing issues or statements the Member may require.

The Quality of the information that is required by GloVine to order to provide the Member with accurate and up to the date details relating to the Service, is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that the information provided to GloVine is correct and honest.

Any Changes to the Privacy Policy is at the Sole discretion of the Management at GloVine Pty Ltd, and will be notified by changes in the Privacy Policy Page, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1988.
